Thursday Sedona and Meteor Crater

Here we are in Sedona with all of the beautiful red rocks. The large formation behind us is called Thunder Mountian. Walt Disney used it to model Thunder Mountian in Disney World!

Hello from Arizona!

We had an early start today and were on our way to Sedona to see the famous red rocks.  The weather here is great, not trying to brag.... :-).  Sorry for the lack of photos, we are having a couple of technical issues, but we will have Tyler on the case tomorrow.  Stay tuned for updates on Flat Stanley's trip to Arizona....

well then sitting here in arizona after having spent mostly the day waiting and flying and things so yea and well just cant wait for this not to end but im so use to syracuse that i call this town syracuse some times but yea so i love NY so much and my life so yea :) so yea its dorian by the way so yea and well i hope everything so so awesome :) anything i dunno so yea

We made it to Arizona

Our flight was delayed out of Syracuse due to the rain in NYC, but we made our connection just fine. Our bus driver Lisa was waiting for us at the airport and we had a quick drive to the motel. We settled in for a good nights rest and later this morning we are off to Sedona and Flagstaff :)

Arizona Bound

We are a group of students from Westhill High School. Follow us on our trip to Arizona. We will be spending 3 days at Arizona State University to work on our research of glacial features on Mars. We will also be visiting the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Sunset Crater, Petrified National Park and much more.
